    My plan was not put in correctly after mailing in a paper form with my chosen elections. When I received correspondence by mail from ABA regarding my account, confused, I gave them a call. After being kicked out on 3 occasions after holding for 10 to 12 minutes each time I finally was able to reach someone. The someone I was finally able to reach was rude. She was not intelligent enough to understand my concerns not address them with patience. She began yelling at me and I cut that off in a hurry. Then then kept silent for minutes after I tried to assist her in gaining an understanding to my concerns. I was forced to keep say, "Hello. Hello. Are you still there?" " Yes I'm here. I just letting you talk!"I am on the phone at this very moment and have literally been holding for 33 minutes and 11 seconds. DO NOT get a policy from this company.I hesitatingly gave one star because the system would not allow me to rate the company what it deserves, "0".
