    Business Response

    Date: 03/03/2023

    Hi ********,

We are truly sorry that anyone is having to deal with a random unsolicited charge. We have contacted Cash app on behalf of individuals sharing that similarly charges have come through their Cash App card, and have reached out on the behalf of other individuals that have reached out to share that their credit unions bank cards have also been breached.

We have put forth multiple investigations to try and narrow down the source, however we have only been able to determine that it is a foreign scam that somehow has obtained peoples information, processed random transactions, and any statements provided shows the contact as homefit.

I can assure you that this is not our company. We do not provide any type of fitness equipment or pre-paid programs, but primarily deliver in-home personal fitness training sessions. Plus, we do not accept random payments, but rather go through an encrypted payment intake process that must be agreed upon and signed by all parties. Lasty, we do not offer any service items that equate the price points that have been shared as the randomly charged amounts.

We have been advising people to whom this has occurred to try and contact their bank immediately to see if their security department can help find whoever the culprit may be, and to try and get your money back for you ASAP.

If theres anything we can do to assist, please let us know.

    Best regards,
