  I contracted Jackson Hedden to develop a prototype for a smart toilet bowl brush for my startup. I received the prototype on or about July 12, 2024, and immediately notified them that it was damagedcracked and unusable. They instructed me to return it for repairs, which I did on October 4, ******* has now been over six months, and I still have not received my repaired prototype or a refund. Despite numerous follow-ups and repeated promises that the brush was fixed and ready to be shipped, I was later told (during a recorded call on April 14, 2025) that the brush is still in pieces. I have not been provided any photos or videos showing the condition of the brush, and Ive received no valid explanation for the delay.The most recent update from Jackson Hedden included a vague claim that a plastic tube inside the prototypeallegedly added by a prior repairerneeded to be corrected. They stated this was the reason theyve kept the brush for over six months. However, this excuse was only provided after months of silence, and they still have not returned the brush or sent any proof of the brush working.Throughout the 16 months Ive been working with Jackson Hedden, Ive been assigned four different designers. This frequent turnover reflects a serious lack of stability and consistency within the company and has severely disrupted the development of my ********** addition to being charged thousands for a broken prototype, I later faced inflated and unexplained fees that appear to have been added after the project stalled. I have filed a formal complaint with the ****************************** and am now pursuing restitution through all available legal and consumer protection avenues.I strongly advise anyone considering working with Jackson Hedden to proceed with extreme caution.

  Run and Run fast. This company is a complete scam. They cannot keep employees as they go through new managers multiple times a year after they find out the **** of a company they are working for. Do not fall for their tricks and advertising. They will take your money and RUN. Don't fall for the ****** reviews - they are all bots.

  This company is a complete scam. Please do not give them any money. I paid them $30k for a design a and working prototype. Currently I have a non working product and they are asking for more money to redesign the product. They never pick up the phone. Once you pay them Jackson will no longer keep in contact with you. There are multiple companies having the same issue. Where there money was lost and stolen from Jackson Hedden.

  I would like to state that in the beginning stages of working with Jackson Hedden in 2021, everything was great. He was very professional, and the design stage of my product line was so fun and the designs his team came up with were incredible. Fast forward to 2023 and its as if the whole organization fell apart. As of January ****, I am out over $50,000 for a product line with several shoddy, incomplete prototypes. Jackson is non-responsive and I only am able to communicate with one of his associates whom I have no history with and is unable to answer any questions.They are presenting a random, BOGUS invoice out of the blue for $4,500.00 (just for work thats been done). When I asked for a detailed invoice, I was told they dont have time to produce that. I have never dealt with a company with such inferior communication efforts and I have never felt less valued as a client, as I do with Jackson Hedden. I am still owed the main component to my primary product, as there has never been a prototype made. Not only am I being told that just because the manufacturer pulled out on the design, Jackson Hedden is claiming its out of their hands and they claim they have no obligation to follow through with another manufacturer?! I PAID IN FULL FOR THEM TO PRESENT THE PLANS TO A MANUFACTURER AND TO HAVE A PROTOTYPE PRODUCED. Also, they are not responding to my (2nd) request to please send me copies of my manufacturer's blueprints which I paid for and are my legal property.BEWARE the moral compass of Jackson Hedden, *** that I have experienced is criminal and the certifications and associations they claim to have are very questionable. Oh, and by the way, the fictitious invoice they have presented has ********************** it! Does that reflect the intelligence or integrity of a million-dollar organization that works with Forbes 500 companies?? I THINK NOT.

  Where to even begin. I started working with this company January of 2021. If you don't want to read this whole review then i'll let you know now I was scammed by this company- Reading the reviews below its clear I am not the only one. Be wary of any 5 start reviews that go beyond just branding. I requested a device that, in a customer setting, has to turn on, remain hot, and last years. Given the *********** this company has worked for, and the confidence their team had towards the project, I trusted in them to deliver a successful device. Fast forward to manufacturing we are sitting on a product that doesn't work, and has so many faults to list. When I reached out I was given a very distance chat gpt response saying that I cannot talk to Jackson anymore because I am no longer a "client" in their eyes, and I would have to pay thousands of dollars more to even have my file opened, unwilling to correct THEIR faulty design. This company is not only a scam, but truly the opposite of their mission statement on their website. In emails, I was told the company would go through prototype testing to fix any issues (which never happened). Not to forget the fact that my device is an engineered product in which Jackson told me he was one. (also a lie, I looked into it further).This company took 30k from me and a 12k patent and 40k in manufacturing- I do not have a working product. Do yourself a favor and PLEASE GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.

  Jackson Hedden is one of the most incredible designers in the industry. His work is detailed, and his passion for perfection is unmatched. I have had the pleasure of working with Jackson on numerous occasions, and each time it has been an absolute delight. He takes the time to understand his client’s vision and then brings it to life in a way that is both beautiful and functional. I would highly recommend Jackson to anyone looking for an exceptional designer.
