    I have 210 home warranty for repairs they put in work order for Affordable heating and air to come out fix my heating came out on 10/13 never came back until I called in 11/20 still haven't repaired and it's 1/8..The gentleman that came back out on 12/20 took a controlled panel out of my unit..never followed up with process or anything..Call them several of times talk with ******* twice I guess she takes all calls for company she stated that they was waiting on a part to come in it would be 3-5 days never called and when I called no answered..Call 210 home warranty numerous times and they act as through they where communicating every customers rep I spoke had no knowledge of what I was even talking about until Friday 1/5/24 I called and spoke with representative **** he assured me that he would call me back he did on 1/8..He said they was sending someone on 1/8.. Also I express to them that I have stage 4 breast cancer and need the proper things working in my house..I want something done because should have not had to wait 4mos to get my heating fix...spent money on heater for each room because I have children...Everytime I call I got a different conversation that leading to no where...At this I am burned out on options..

    Our company came out to this customer's home through **** Home Warranty. She needed a part that was ordered by her home warranty company. Once the part arrived we informed the customer and the home warranty company that there was a piece missing off the control board that would not allow us to complete the repairs.At that point I informed **** of this and they stated that they would reorder the part. The local HVAC stores did not have the part in stock and we had to wait for shipment of the part to arrive. The arrival time of the part had nothing to do with our company because the home warranty company **** ordered the part for the customer.
