      Im extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Autumn Air. I and my partner have been loyal customers for many years and have trusted them with multiple properties. However, when my ACinstalled by them just one year ago (July 2024)completely failed, they refused to honor the one-year warranty simply because it was two days past the mark.Instead of standing behind their product and service, they quoted me over $2,500 for repairs. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but good businesses also recognize the value of long-standing relationships and customer goodwill. Two days past a warranty on a major system failure should have been an opportunity to show integrity and carenot rigid policy enforcement and an expensive repair bill.I was left with no AC for many days after being instructed to call the office to speak with a manager, *****. Despite multiple calls over two days, the manager never returned my messages. This lack of basic communication and urgency was incredibly frustrating, especially as a long-time customer.This experience has made me reconsider doing business with Autumn Air n the future. I urge others to think twice before committing to this company, especially when long-term support and accountability matter.

      They supposed to have put in a new air heating system in November of 2022, now its leaking Freon the Coil has a big hole in it Autumn said I would have to replace it after 20 months of using it I feel someone put a hole in it was installed. The unit last longer than that They said that I would have to fix it myself once you purchase it and they said that it would last for years They Lied they didnt take care of their customers that hole in Coiled was in there when they installed it they are not trustworthy in my opinion I would like for Autumn fix it and take responsibility for the whole thing instead of the customer the was unit was leaking Freon all the time my home is terrible Hot August will be here Thursday and heat indexs will be over 100. I just keep the Faith and the Lord will Fix it just holding on an Lord will make way I dont have the money to fix it Autumn Should take care of this not me **** care of your Customers

      They diagnosed my furnace needed to be replaced. They indicated that the heat exchanger was cracked. They also tried to sell a $3,300 air purifier system, indicating that there was mold on the A-coil. I worked with the gas company and I have had experience with companies who intentionally mislead folks so that they make the big profit by replacing the furnace when all it needs is a repair and a cracked heat exchanger is the most frequently sited reason to replace a furnace. They will also intentionally mislead folks into believing that they need additional systems like the air purification system. I was doubtful of their findings.Although I had my doubts about the need, I had the furnace replaced because they said it needed to be done but i had it done by another contractor for far less money. When that contractor removed the original furnace, I removed the heat exchanger. It had no cracks and it was in good shape given its 17 years of service. The original furnace did not need to be replaced and the repair that was needed would have cost about $600 or less. I had to replace my furnace at the cost of $2.400 This was far less than the $5,500 that Autumn Air quoted. If you get a diagnosis from a this contractor that says "replace", or from any other for that matter, unless you are in a dire emergency and need to get it done in a hurry, GET ANOTHER OPINION.
