    We have had Vector Security for years and the service does not work good so we decided after our contract was up to terminate the service. I call the customer service department on 11/22/2022 they told me the cancellation department would give me a call never got the call. I sent Vector Security a certified letter on 11/29/2022 and it was returned and it was unable to be forwarded by the postal service. I called Vector Security back 12/6/2022 only to talk to there voice mail about the return letter and I needed there new address so that I could cancel my service in writing no return call yet.

    We have attempted to contact this customer by phone as well as by email. We have been at our current location since 2017. I am not aware of where customer tried to send certified letter. We do require all cancellation request be submitted in writing or by email 30 days prior to end of contract.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have called Vector Security 4 times without a return call. The address we have came from there app that they setup for us. The only call weve got from Vector Security is one to fix everything that was not working after we decided to cancel there services.

    We had an alarm service through Vector Security. We sold our home on Friday, July 8th, and no longer need the service. I called Vector to cancel and they said that because the account was set up through Provision Home, they would have to be the ones to cancel. To be clear, I don't think this is right and Vector is not behaving in good faith, but this complaint is about Provision.I tried to cancel my Vector Security after I sold my home. I called Vector, but they said my alarm was set up by Provision Home and I had to talk to Provision Home to cancel. They put my through, but the call died. I called back and got Provisions number in ********** and called directly. A phone system (not person) answered. I selected the option to cancel service. It routed me back to Vector who said they couldnt cancel and I had to talk to Provision. Called them back and tried a different option; routed back to the same customer service rep at ********************** who again said she couldnt cancel our account. Called Provision back and selected a different option (for Sales, I think) and it again sent me to Vector who again said they couldnt help me. *** since left the third message in over 24 hours and they have yet to call me back.

    Spoke to this customer and satisfied his concerns. He thanked me and said he would withdraw his complaint. Apparently he never did that.
