    I hired ************************* in May to fully decorate and furnish the home I was going to buy. In June, she knew I have a contract on a home with a closing date in late July.In mid June, she asked for thousands of dollars so she could quickly begin buying furniture for me. After buying 3 pieces of furniture, everything changed. The progress stopped and the updates stopped. She began to make excuses and say she would move forward after school started. She began making excuses saying she didnt have time to get a receipt to me for the money I gave her. She wouldnt respond when I asked for invoices for what she had purchased. To this day, I dont know the price of most of the items.She demanded to have a key to my house so she could come and go as she pleased. She stopped asking me what I wanted and stopped even running things by me before she made purchases. In late August, she brought 2 den chairs, 2 bedroom night stands and a dresser. She wouldnt tell me how much it was. I didnt like it and she finally took it back, but has never replaced that furniture.She said she would have my entire house fully furnished and decorated by Sept or Oct. It is now Nov 1st and she has only complained around half of Phase 1. Phase 1 was going to be the kitchen/dining, primary bedroom, and den. Phase 2 was going to then be the other bedrooms and bonus room. The last phase would be accessories, the front porch, etc.I only received 3 main pieces of furniture plus various items like bar stools, curtains, a couple of rugs, some bedding, and some pictures/art. I told her that I need a kitchen table and chairs but that still hasnt happened. I told her I needed to finish my bedroom and that still hasnt happened.She never asked me what style I like. And theres no focus on any one room or two. Shes brought a little bit for different areas. Theres no design or plan that makes any sense.I have told her that I need her to finish the work or refund the money. She wont respond.

    The account detailed in this complaint is replete with falsifications of the facts.  Rest assured, NOTHING was ever DEMANDED from this client. Unfortunately, the degree to which this client manipulates facts warranted me ending all communication with him that was not in writing.  In addition, due to this clients behavior, I also had to have a third party/witness with me each and every time I went to this clients home so that nothing I said or did could be manipulated.  In all of my years in business, I have never had to communicate with any of my clients only in writing until dealing with this client.  In all of my years in business, I have never had to have a third party/witness come to a clients home with me for my own protection until dealing with this client.  Thankfully, I have written record to support the falsification of facts in this manipulated complaint and to support what I am saying to be 100% truthful.

    Furthermore, this client is guilty of slander and defamation; he has made false statements about me, in writing and otherwise. I have had multiple individuals send me proof of slander/defamation originating from this client.  In addition, I have witnesses who will vouch for the slander/defamation that this client participated in.  

    This complaint is simply further evidence of defamatory/slanderous behavior, and I will be keeping record of it as such.
