  Every time I visit this place there is always an issue. They run unnecessary test to run the bill up. Then send you 3 different bills. Once you try to pay the bill they send to collections for no reason. They see you are making payments every month but they send to collections. Evil place. Do a favor and go somewhere else. Especially if you don't have 500 or 700 to pay. Lady in billing lied to me saying she would take bill out of collections but she only said that to get off the phone.

  What a day, we visited yesterday, everything was going well till the nurse, named **** (I overheard a nurse say)a balding overweight white man, started bragging about beating his wife. It went so far as **** did these exaggerated slap noises, two, with his hands in a swinging motion. Whack whack, the other gentlemen he was joking with just laughed, the ladies at the desk however looked horror stricken, and my stomach just turned. I thought of talking to the nurse, but then I see them together laughing at the same joke, so whats the point. Is this the year and time we live in, I was appalled. The *** *********** was great, she came In treated us and we just agreed, honestly to just get out of there. We will not be returning, and I was told I would get a guest survey in the mail soon. This is to warn people of the toxic environment, in case they have loved ones whom are survivors of abuse.

  On June 30, 2023, I visited the Medical West freestanding ER. ************************** was the doctor for my visit. I was suffering from muscle spasms on the left side of my neck. My blood pressure was higher than normal. The doctor walked in and asked me what was going on. I told him muscle spasms. Not once did he listening to my heart, check my lymph nodes under my neck, blood work, x-ray, check ears, nose or throat during this visit. He diagnosed me off of what I told him I had (muscle spasms). He ***** try to figure out what was wrong for himself. I dont feel that a $250 payment is due to this facility. The doctor ***** do anything for me. After received two shots and four prescriptions. They gave me a prescription for **************** for Percocet. Can you say careless. When I got home, I called to let them know that they gave me someone else prescription. It was no apologize. They told me to trash the prescription. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at an ER facility. My debt should be cleared because the doctor ***** do anything but give me prescriptions. It was a waste of my time. I followed up on July 5, 2023, with my primary care doctor. He gave me a complete examine and x-rays.
