    I parked at this Ramada location through On Air Parking during an international trip. When I returned, I found my car had been broken into. The window damage will cost me hundreds to repair.When I told the front desk, the employee told me to call the police then left me standing alone in the dark while I waited. Im a 52 visibly young woman, traveling solo, jetlagged after 31 hours of international travel, and felt completely unsafe and abandoned.This hotel clearly does not provide basic security or decency. Shame on them and shame on On Air Parking for partnering with a place that takes advantage of vulnerable people, especially young women just trying to get home safely.

    They need to shut this place down. It smells like mold and mildew, they had 30 air fresheners around the lobby. I had blood on the walls, roaches in the refreg., the bathroom sink was falling off and the air conditioning you could see outside. the ceilings were all patched. The tub didn't drain. I felt like I was in the movie The Shining. They had a swingers party and they were walking around half nude and my grandkids were with us. We had 3 rooms and none of them were up to par. Check your bedding as they do not use mattress pads and they may not even change the sheets. The plugs covers were cracked. THIS PLACE IS JUST NASTY. ONLY REASON GETTING 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I HAVE TO.
