    Last year (2022) I spent several months living at the Rodeway inn with my bf as we were trying to find a new permanent home. Initially it cost $62/ night, and because it was a ************* we were able to get one free night every week and one $18 night every week due to their choice priveleges points program. This was still extremely difficult to pay for, and the staff could be almost unbearably rude and unhelpful dependant upon their moods. In 1/2023, the hotel was removed as a ************ due to their absolute lack of hospitality, I can safely assume. However, when they became independently owned and run, they arbitrarily raised their nightly rate from $62/night to $100/night. The receipts I had to sign said the cost was $80, but they demanded $100 or no room. They also no longer honored any leftover choices priveleges points, although all had been earned there and no warning had been given that they would not be honoring them. The rooms never got cleaned. Never. Never got clean linens or clean towels. Never. Advertised free continental breakfast- never served any breakfast at all. Black mold grew all over the walls and ceilings in the bathroom, causing my bf to suffer several asthma attacks. This was reported over and over again. They never once attempted to clean it up or change us to another room. The staff was almost always extremely rude and loud. Overall I stayed at the Rodeway for about 6 months, until I simply could no longer afford their absurd $100 nightly fee. I believe that I am at least owed back every single cent over $62/night that I ever regretfully paid, and also to be compensated for the health issues we now both have due to breathing in black mold for so long, including full coverage health insurance, and that they pay for us to stay in a much more comfortable, reasonable hotel room closeby as we continue to search for a permanent apartment.     This is a reply mail for the id: ********, It is about the complaint raised by a customer *****************************. The customer raised the complaint for a refund of his stay with us . We respect our customer for staying in our motel, we want to let you know that this customer never allows anyone for the room service.He won't allow anyone to clean his room and always keep on fixing bicycles.We haven't got our rent regularly and we checked on him to pay the rent 10 times a day moving back and forth, after doing this for 3days he paid for 1day stay later when we check his room it was very messy.As per customer courtesy we know they are homeless we tolerated with them everything and we did our best to make a better stay with us.
