    Bourbon Niche is a scam. Took my order and money but never delivered anything.

    The Bourbon Niche took my order online and provided me with an order number. The order stays at processing state and seems to never ship. They claim 1-2 business days to process but this is false. I was unable to reach anyone my phone, email or message on the website. This company appears to be a scam, buyer beware!!

    I ordered 2 bottles of Burbon in September. Took the money and provided order number to track. However, never received the product and not responding to any of the messages through phone, email, chat. This company is a scam.

    They seem to be scam. I ordered from them in September. It is not middle of October and I still do not have my order. I have emailed them 3 times and left a voice message on their phone 3 times. No one has called me or responded to my emails. The site says they operate out of Alabama but don't trust it. When you call the number you never get a person just a voice mail. I will NEVER purchase from them and let others know as well.
