    The Friday before Thanksgiving of 2023 I contacted ***************************** of emergency keys and asked if he could program me another key for my truck( he done so ayear before and did a good job. He came out and even offered me a discount since I was a repeat customer so instead of$200 he asked me for$150. I paid him in cash. He attempted to do the job but said I must have a blown fuse and for me to take care of that and he would be back. For three date straight he said he was coming then he quit answering my calls. When I sent a text threatening with small claims court he called me and said he had went to jail and would be out the next day. That was three date ago and he won't answer my calls again. At this point, I really need that key and don't have the money to call anyone else but I would prefer my money back at this point. I don't trust the man in my yard after I watch him best the h*** out of his dog in my driveway.

    I called and requested a key fob programmed for my 2010 ****** Maxima and ******************************* said he could do it well he didnt do it the fob will not crank the car or lock and unlock it keep saying it was my computer and would not take the key fob back and give my ****** dollars after he left I took fob apart to ************* it didnt ev we n have a battery
