    This is the worst company existing. The city of ******************** has contracted with these morons to handle business license tax. I logged on and paid my license tax and now I've gotten 3 phone calls from their collections department! Obviously this business is so messed up the billing department and collections department don't communicate. I have NEVER gotten a statement or collection threat letter they just sent me to collections for paying my business tax! Beware of avenu and if they contact you my suggestion is to hire counsel to deal with them. The jokers that call won't lift a finger to investigate the case but will for sure hold you in collections until THEY are satisfied. Avenu should be out of business. My next step is to sue avenu and the city of ******************** for harassment. Good luck if you find yourself dealing with these jokers.

    This company is contracted to "manage" government businesses like Libraries then purposefully runs them into the ground. Recently Avenu hired a "consultant firm" to meet with employees of libraries Avenu manages. All employees who were set to sit in on meetings w/ consultant form were explicitly told NOT TO DISCUSS THEIR WAGES with the consultant firm. Two employees were recently threatened w/ termination if they discussed Unionizing or demanded higher wages from Avenu.
