    I have been trying to resolve issues for months with therapy brands RCM service and have been stonewalled and delayed at every turn. An unidentified therapy brands rep removed 26 claims from submission between 11/29/23 and 1/15/24 without my permission and for no reason that has been identified to me. I alerted therapy brands repeatedly that there was an issue. Not only did my rep not look into it but attempted to shift blame to me. I am a solo practitioner and did not receive payment for my work for over a month due to therapy brands actions and their lack of response to my attempts to sound an alarm. To date, they have provided no explanation for why this happened. They are refusing to let me out of my contract. They have delayed me at every turn since this problem began and now are telling me I am bound to them through 4/1/25. Additionally a rep, again without my permission, wrote off the entire amount of a claim that was eligible for resubmission to a secondary payer- I only found it because I was searching through files to try to figure out the previously mentioned issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They did not appear to value me as a provider; they did not adequately respond to requests for assistance; they did not appear to care about my business; they have wasted my time and cost me money for services I have had to repeatedly fight to have them render.

    This company signed me up without my consent through my business email address. I never gave them my business email address (or personal email address for that matter), never filled out a form. I hadn't heard of them until I received an email from them giving me a link to my "support portal" account. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to get this issue resolved through phone or direct email. I want nothing to do with their business.

    ************************ signed up for a free trial of our product, ***************, (which is owned by Therapy Brands) on May 7, 2021, via the email address, *********************************** She however never did turn into a paying customer. ********************** would never sign up a person (s) for an account without their awareness.

    ************************ did receive an email recently about our new support portal, however, that was inadvertent since she is not a current customer. We will be sure to unsubscribe her from any future marketing or transactional emails in the future from Therapy Brands.

    I am having a delay in payments from insurance companies as a result of using therapy brands. I just started using them in April and plan to discontinue services once eligible to do so as I signed a year contract.

    CaraE.Ongoing issues that are causing financial issues because we are not able to bill for our services as a result of this. There is not way to reach owners or any higher management staff to talk to. They are hiding. Don't believe the reviews as I am sure they are writing their own reviews. Absolute complete mess and fraudulent in terms of what they promise is not what you get. I noticed that they got an award from ***** and that is hard to believe as ***** is stating they are all about quality. They should get reviews from companies who work with Therapy Brands to find out the true story.

    Ongoing issues with *********. Every week there is a different issue and support is generally not helpful. Some of the issues we are charged for and there is no one to answer the phone to remove the charges. It is never ending technical issues. Once they fix one thing, there's another one.

    I have been a customer for four years and decided to expand my relationship with Therapy brands to their Revenue Management Service. It has been a complete mess. It is very difficult to find answers to questions, to have then resolve issues and take accountability in regards to bad implementation and follow through. Do not use this service at all. Do not use them for billing at all.

    I feel, betrayed, distraught, and trapped by Theranest. When I reached out for help I was assured that they would be a solution, however they have become a nightmare, literally. I was referred to Theranest as a solution to a billing management issue. An onboarding representative gave me limited assistance for 3 months. They assured me that if they could take over the billing things would get better. I signed up for their billing program in June with a host of claims pending. The first thing I was told is that they could not help me with anything before the June date they took over then, the billing went on vacation and informed me when she got back after I had not gotten a response from her after various inquiries. I then had to hire another biller, temporarily, to help me with the problem I had signed up with them to help me with. Now I found myself paying 2 billers. It was then noted that claims continued expire as I got random apology letters from my Theranest biller explaining reasons for numerous delays and absences. When I tried to inquire about how to cancel my subscription in August 2022, I was not able to get any substantial type of response until October, however they continue to charge my bank account faithfully for most of the claims my temporary biller was now processing for me. I am a sole proprietor am not sure how long I will be able to sustain my business like this. Theranest reached out to me after the October meeting and said I would have to pay them pay for the remaining term of the contract at an estimate based on the highest % they had collect so far. I lost two residence due to the slow processing of claims. I have had to return to my ******** **********, I have sleepless nights over this and my doctor is looking at putting me on *********** ********** due to the stress of all of this. I see Theranest business practices as PREDATORY due to other complaints similar to mine that I have heard via social media platforms.
