      11/21/2024, my grandson did not think my vehicle needed an oil change. After showing the service receipt dated sept 20, 2024, where an oil change was performed, he was told that the receipt was not in the system. After Oil change performed 11/21/2024, my grandson entered the car and saw the glove compartment door on the floor. A mechanic named **** argued with my grandson telling him that he would not replace glove compartment door that was on the floor. The glove compartment was in place before service began. As I am listening on the phone to **** tell my grandson that he was not going to fix the glove compartment door and my grandson asking **** the mechanic to get out of his face, I drove to this business. After talking in person to service manager, he said he would talk to ****. A mechanic argued with my grandson to where I feared for my grandsons safety. I have bought appx 7 vehicles from this business and always had good service, never spoke with any mechanic on any occasion. At this point and time I would not recommend anyone to this business simply because of my dissatisfaction with the event that occurred. I bought my other vehicle in for an oil change earlier this month. I asked for an oil change and engine filter replacement. They replaced the cabin air filter according to the service ticket. I asked on two trips to the business why the service I asked for was not done and the service i specifically asked not be done occurred. The reason I was given is that the wrong service code was entered. On my second trip a service ticket was printed and given to me indicating that the engine filter replacement was done, n/c, (no charge). Im not sure in each case if service was performed.

      We apologize for poor communication with your grandson during his visit. We can assure you that the services were in fact completed, and the lube, oil, filter and tire rotation were at no charge. In fact, you have two more services at no charge before 6/20/26. The first oil change was at over 11K miles since purchase, and the second was 12K miles later. We recommend oil and filter changes at 5K miles, and no more than ***** miles. This can easily cause the oil level to be low. Also, the coolant level was too low. If you would like, you can bring the vehicle in between services, and we will gladly check the fluid levels for you. The glove compartment was not broken, and we had no reason to open it during the visit. We closed it for your grandson. We assure you that we appreciate your business in service as well as sales.       Very disappointed. 7/31/24 At the beginning of the deal, I told the salesman that I had prearranged finance with my credit union for loan approval. Check my record report the next day, about 10 hard credit inquiries on my report, are unnecessary to do and lower my scope. Plus, the one they used had a higher interest rate than mine. On paperwork a thousand dollars of the down payment (6000 showed 5000) was left off and had to be corrected, frustrating. On contract, they have a $1295 build-in fee for 4 oil/tire rotations, which I could get done much cheaper, but had "no" say on the matter.I was handled as a child, you take this or leave! My wife wanted the car and did whatever it took I guess. Hurt!*******************

      I reviewed the paperwork on the deal, and it shows $6,000 down. If it was inadvertently put at $5,000 early in the negotiations, it would have to be corrected before we do paperwork. There is no way to not tie the full amount to the deal with our accounting safeguards. The sale price agreed to with you was correct. If you are not pleased with the lender, you are free to refinance the vehicle. Your loan has no pre-payment penalty. Please call if you need to discuss further.
