I moved here from another state with my car in excellent working order. I chose this dealership due to location, not reputation. My bad! In December I took my jeep in for a brake job and, while it was there, they did a recall repair of some kind. As soon as it got warm, I noticed that my ** wasn't working. I called to take it in and they made me wait three weeks for an appointment. When I took for the appointment, they diagnosed the problem as a computer issue and replaced the whole computer, nav screen, etc. - even though I did not think this was correct. I argued but they said they were sure. They kept the car 5 weeks, without offering a loaner, and gave me a different reason why every time I called. I got the car back, paid the 1500 dollars, and the ** went out ten days later. I took it back and they kept it another two weeks, without any communication to me at all. I finally showed up and asked for my keys back. They tried to tell me it was completely unrelated and charge me again for the repair that was miraculously now done even though they had not contacted me. I protested and they sent out their schmoozer to try to calm me down. He threw everyone under the bus! He told me they had lied about the loaner not being available, had fired the person who did the first repair, that another tech, also no longer working for them, had broken my ** when they did the recall back in December - so sorry! But that even though he could not return my money for the computer replacement, they would not charge me for the second fix. And that the paperwork wasn't available, but he would email all that to me - and gave my keys back. Within three days, no ** and three engine lights appear on my dash. When I called again, even the schmoozer denied any responsibility and said any further repairs would be costly - not remedial. Wish I had never used the place! My jeep had never given me a moment's trouble until I let them replace brake pads. Beware.

The worst service experience I have ever had. They flushed the transmission at the start of October 2023 and has not run correctly since then. They had it 3 weeks and said it was fixed but the problem recurred. They finally came to conclusion that it needed a new transmission telling me this on 11/28/23. I was finally told that it will be ready 12/18/23 or 12/19/23. Of course the manager is off today, ******************** is "sick", and the ******* doesn't know about my vehicle. This has been my experience every time I call them. Three times I have asked for a call from general manager, but I have never received a call. The WORST service department. I will never buy another Jeep if I have to deal with Voyles CDJR

I paid for a routine 6 month Warranty inspection, oil change, filter change, and tire rotation was added. They told me 4 times that they rotated my tires, but the wheels were not touched, not rotated as there was much brake dust on all 4 wheels and the brake dust was totally untouched when I got it home. I even called them from home and they said they did rotate the tires but they absolutely did not rotate the tires. I have a video of it for proof. It is clear they did not rotate the tires and lied to my face 4 times. I prepaid for 3 service visits 6 months prior and this was the 2nd visit. Do not trust this dealership ************* is my advice and experience. I'm not perfect either and I do forget to do things when bogged down, but I don't lie to people about paid for work or service not performed.

I brought my Jeep in on 6/5/2023 around 8 am. Eventually a gray-haired gentlemen went out to my car with me which was running because during the weekend I had received warnings about my start/stop system and my battery had drained enough that the car would not start without some assistance (jump start). I explained to the gentleman that over the weekend the battery was charged and tested and had no dead cells. By Monday morning the battery had drained again and had to be jump started, and was taken to Voyles. The gray-haired gentleman then went inside the service department and told one of the employees about the error messages on my panel. After several hours, I heard nothing, so I called to check the status of my car. I was told the guy was out for lunch and would be back in 20 mins. I left a message for him to give me a call. After 1 hr, I still hadn't heard from the guy so I called back. I was told a technician had not been assigned to my car, he was on the phone, and basically told they would not have my car to me before they closed. I left a message, and never received a call back. The next day, I was told the guy was on the phone and my car still hadn't been assigned to a technician. I informed them I would come to get my vehicle. My husband and I went to pick it up. However, I could no longer drive it because the battery would not keep a charge without a jump start box attached. The technician to parked the , and I left to purchase a new battery, installed it, and were able to drive off the lot. The stop/start system has been disconnected till another dealership can look at it. I have never had the kind of service and lack of communication I witnessed and received on June 5&6th. ******************* like the one at Volyes are the reason why Jeep has lost my business FOREVER. To be dismissed and treated in the way I was treated is reprehensible, and if I'm ever asked about my experience with Jeep, this will be the story I will tell. Do better.
