      Recd a bill for ****** for multiple dates of service and continue to receive same. **************** has not billed my secondary insurance after phone call and I have not recd EOBs from my secondary insurance for multiple DOS. Billing for services previously paid by my primary insurance to which I have proof of EOB noting same. Lack of resolution from the provider. They do have my secondary insurance information and I have personally sent all EOBs via priority mail to my secondary insurance which is not my job.

      Patient does have 2 health insurance policies. Both paid as primary and then one of the policies took their money back from our office. At that point the patient did receive a statement from our office. We are currently working through the process with her health insurance companies and as of right now the patient does not owe anything. If the secondary does not pay, the patient could owe something at that point. Someone from our billing office will be attempting to contact the patient today to try and explain in more detail.
