    Item was damaged when loading I refused the item but they charged me for it. I have contacted them a number of times but still no credit. They tell me over and over they are sending it to the credit department. No response.

    Trust me, they're crooked. I won't be shopping there anymore unless they fix these issues which is bidding on EVERYTHING before others have a chance. Also NOT returning phone calls. And letting a bid go past 9 pm when it says it closes at 9 pm. It's supposed to b a timed bid. Plus they've left off part of my order and I had to return. I stopped using them and thought I'd give them another chance but I'm done now. I'm gonna check back and if they keep bidding on stuff before I'm approved then I'm filing a legal case with bbb. Also make sure to keep an eye on your bank account!

    I won an item that was misrepresented (absolutely not received as displayed nor described in ad). The shirt I got was wrapped tightly in packing tape and ruined by the residue. After getting “run around” management refused to refund my money or replace item.

    Hi to our valued customers. We have addressed the tape on the clothing several weeks ago. We have also reached out to this customer to resolve on multiple social media outlets and now via this BBB review. We no longer utilize tape at all on our clothing and require our customers to email [email protected] to resolve issues at a mangers discretion. We are a no refunds company - which is clearly stated in our literature and part of why we can start all clothing bidding at only $*. All policies being stated we would be happy to help this customer via the appropriate channels. We hope anyone reading this will take a look at the extreme value we offer our customers via our website and our reviews on Google. Thanks BK
