    On Jan 27, 2025 I paid ***** ***** of ************** Test Prep $840.00 for an ACT prep course for my son. My son met with ***** 4 times. The class I paid for was agreed to continue through April 4th. On Feb 28, 2025, I received communication from ***** that sessions for ****** would be on hold due to ******** high school English teacher providing ACT test prep instruction and assignments to ****** in school. ***** texted that a "CC'd email copy from the high school principal listing specific steps that have been taken to avoid this situation in the future". I sent an email to the school asking for ****** to be excused from his English teacher's ACT prep assignments but the school could not agree to this or provide the email ***** requested. Ultimately, I am a parent that cannot change school instruction. I sent texts to ***** and tried calling him. I asked him why my son could not continue with math instruction but he did not respond. Then on Friday March 7th, I received a text from ***** that stated "Hi ********, I will be issuing a FULL REFUND to families who have Mrs **** or Mrs ********** Since then I have not received a refund and ***** has cut off all communication with me. He will not respond to my texts, emails or calls. My son only received partial instruction and I had paid ***** in full. ***** decided to stop sessions for my son for no other reason that what his English teacher was assigning which was out of my control. I simply want a Full or partial refund.
