      I have done business with this office for 2 years. But now I had an unpleasant experience with my lens not correct and find out the lab mess up on my lenses. Ok I was good because the office was very responsive on correcting the issue. On yesterday in a conference while speaking to people my *** **** out my frame on the floor. I was very in embarrass, to have to pick my *** up off the floor. I call to check if my lens was in and tell them the issue with my lens fell out. Well here where the issue starts, I get a call and the associate said my lenses was ready. And he said I heard you got rude with one of my employees. I was already headed to the location to get my frame repaired and yes I was upset. But I had the police called on me because I wouldnt allow being talked to the way I was. I am very bothered over the situation and my glass not useable. I had to go to another eye center to pay $400 for new glasses

      We are in receipt of a complaint submitted to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).  The acknowledgement of a patients relationship with Vision First might violate patient privacy protected by the **************** Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and applicable state laws, so we are unfortunately not legally permitted to directly respond to any complaints submitted by any individual to the BBB or posted on online platforms.   Please understand that it is our practice policy to provide the best care possible in a safe and welcoming environment.  Our success at implementing our practice policies is evidenced, in part, by our A+rating with the BBB.  To the extent any patient or customer of ******************************************* has any concerns with the services or products that have been obtained from our practice, a representative of Vision First will be available to discuss such concerns in a professional and respectful fashion.
