    I purchased a 3 season sunroom to added to an existing patio slab in July 2023. After much delay they completed the structure in either August or September 2023. In the beginning the communication between myself and the account manager was okay. The problem that I ran into was connecting the electrical component of my project. The electricians hooked up the power but found out that the wire was pinched and they had to replace the wire. This was not completed until January 2023. On February 7th, I received a call from the project manager trying to collect the final payment because according to her my project was complete. When I informed her that it was not complete and she quoted me this off the wall final payment that would be more than what my original contract was for she told that she would get with her regional manager and either her or regional would contact me in a couple of day. Fast forward to February 15, I receive a text alert from the finance company stating that $764.37 was going to be added to my account. At no time has this company ever done that without contacting me first. Going to back to the permit that was pulled for the electrical, according to the electrician that they contacted the work out too, stated that the person in charge of getting the paper the Jefferson ************************ had not completed the paper work but was working on it. This was 2/9/2024, since then it has been radio silent on that end. This company does not respect the customer's time and there is a complete lack of customer service.
