    Moved into a new house in early august. Had the house inspected for termites by ******* pest control. ******* installed traps around the house. Then, received a payment letter from Stark Exterminators informing me that the traps belong to them and that they would come to my property and remove them if I refused a warranty through them. Stark had an arrangement with a previous owner, which I am not responsible for. Their restitution needs to be made with the previous owner as I have signed no agreement with them and do not want them on my property.

    Company moved service date without notifying me. Only found out while sitting at home on my off day (Saturday 8/24 when the company scheduled the appointment) waiting for tech to show up. Checked my account, saw appointment moved from 8/24 to 8/28 by Stark (a Saturday to a Wednesday, someone needs to be here for the appointment, I used to work from home but am at an office job next week, so bluntly they've really screwed me over here). Have called repeatedly, asked to speak to a tech or manager, told I can't be connected to a tech/will be contacted and that managers aren't available on Saturdays.

    I spoke with **************** on the phone shortly after his complaint was filed. I apologized for the scheduling error. We dispatched a technician the same day of the complaint (Saturday 8/24). The service was completed. I spoke with ****************. He was satisfied with the response and the service provided.

    I spoke w/Stark today. They took ownership of and apologized for the issue; they also rectified it. Please accept this as a formal removal of complaint. I'm happy to follow up more if you have any questions.
