This establishment is horrible. The lady proceeded to the phone with attitude talking about they have 37 dogs today she can’t see him. She never told me to make him an appointment just to bring him back between 10 and 11 when I give him the medicine they asked me to give him from his vet to calm him down. Also she stated I saw your review and do not bring him back to their establishment. I wasted $90.00 to get him groomed and he wasn’t groomed very well. Who gives a dog a summer cut in the winter.

******* *****/******* came in for a groom. Her baby was matted she wrote matted on sign in sheet and signed a matted pet agreement. Groomer also called her to go over matting and Client yelled at her when groomer told her that her baby was lugging and biting at her. ******* asked client to talk to vet. Client stated her baby was groomed by vet previously. After groomer trying to work with clients baby after giving him a rest. Groomer had same results. Client came in yelling she was given her baby and she proceeded to hold her baby down and requested groomer to try again or give her the shears to try herself. As our 2 lobby cameras show. This is against our policy and very unsafe. A few days later a man returned also on lobby camera's with clients dog with no appointment after 10am. On the phone with *****/******* placing her on speaker phone. I explained with no notice and being booked for the holidays his meds would wear off before seeing him. She began to yell at me and tell me i was going to groom her dog. We offered to make a appointment for the bext available she was still yelling so i asked the man to leave and not return. A business should not have to provide a service to someone that is yelling at them. So we exercised our right to refuse service. We can provised before during and after pictures as well as full camera coverage of check in grooming even view of kennels that baby has water in cage but owner did not bring any food to place in the cage. As in our ** review she stated we did not feed her baby. Due to possible upset tummies we only feed what clients bring. The only part of groom that isn't finished is ********** around face and *****. If client had not shown aggressive behavior we would've worked with her fully as we have with many clients.
