    Communication and follow-up at this facility is horrible. Ive been trying to secure a death certificate for my mom since July 15, 2024. The resident doctor has failed to sign off on this document despite a declaration of her death at Aspire. It seems staff turnover is frequent and no one knows who to contact to get things done. Imagine getting the runaround while grieving

    I will not give them a star at all. Negative and traumatizing experience with care and safety. My husband fell 3 times, from unsafe bed which was not replaced until it sparked fire. Wound care is not vigilant. Call 911 to be sent to hospital we have been diagnosed with MRSA ESBL VRE MRSA com Aspire it is very contagious. Administration is complicit to patient neglect and cover up. Some days no sheets, chucks or wipes
