    I received services from them about a month or so ago and thought that they were amazing, even gave them a 5 star rating. They ending up having to send their technician back out a week later, and when they did, he found yet another issue. He informed us that he the company would charge us an exorbitant amount and he could do it for half the price. Of course, my husband and I agreed (and yes, we know that this was not through the company) because we needed it done and did not have the use of either one of our bathrooms. All was going well until about a week ago, and here we are again with the same problem. Tried calling him a couple of times and left messages, but no response. We ended up calling the company and I spoke with the owner and advised her of the situation. Yes, we knew it was a long shot, but we also know that he was using company supplies and the company vehicle to do these jobs, so he was still a representation of the company. She said she would call us back and let us know how they could make it right, yeah -- no call back. I'm skeptical about them and their staff at this point.

    We tried working with this company, we really did. We bent over backwards, tried to help out as much as we could to get the job done, and they just bailed on us. They charged us for items they did not do and for items that we did ourselves. They would not warranty their work. They did not correct all the items that were needed to be corrected. Below is a list of items from several properties:- Charged us for a dishwasher installation that they did not do - Charged us for tub drains that they did not do and I did personally as he could not figure it out - Installed toilet severely out of level and left leveling tabs exposed - Home inspection revealed hot water heater installation was not complete, we asked them to come out and warranty the job and they refused to do so - Install new washer box and lines at 30" instead of the approved 48" height. Would not come out and correct even they it was written on our paperwork - Personnel sent out were not knowledgeable on how to install tub shower drains as per center and height requirements. Diverter and showerhead offset 2 inches off center and term spout was either mounted directly on top of tub or 12" + too high - Instead of running new copper supply lines, they mismatched multiple flexible supply lines with couplings to connect a master tub spout
