      Rip off company. My gas water heater died. I called for a estimate.Over $3000 for a new water heater. I went to Lowes and bought a gas 40 gallon for $489+tax. I called a friend of mine. 1 hour total time to remove old and install new.With parts and labor and new water heater total cost $800.00

      On Time Plumbing, *** just left my house. I called for repair service because of a leaking toilet that would run intermediately throughout the day in its attempt to refill the toilet bowl. The Service Technician that fixed my toilet issue was very professional and highly skilled. If you are experiencing any problems or have an immediate need for your plumbing issues to be fixed, I highly recommend using On Time Plumbing Inc. I just wanted to express my appreciation for the service provided by On Time Plumbing, *** I will definitely use On Time Plumbing, *** for any future plumbing issues that I encounter. I do hope everyone has a great day.

      Poor business practice. Yesterday I called On Time Plumbing for a water leak repair at the meter. ******** Utilities said it was on my side at meter so I called them to do the repair. Had to leave for work but was told they would be here in about an hour . Since no one would be at home I was told I could pay over the phone with credit card. They did job in about 45 minutes and charged $650. Since the work was done, I paid. When I checked my account I found they actually charged $672.75. I just contacted the company this morning questioning the additional charge and to express my displeasure at the amount I was charged. Apparently they charge 3% if you use a credit card and they have flat charges depending on the job being done. Neither of these facts were told to me when I first called but was told you have to ask before they devulge any financial obligation on the customers part which leads me to question their ethics. If I had been given all the information up front I would have rethought using this company. Yes, they dug a small hole and replaced a 2' piece of pipe with couplings but not worthy of $650.

      Shortly after submitting review I found the pipe they replaced laying close to where the work was done. It was only 9" in length not 2' as they claimed.
