    The management and employees at this annex either (1) do not give a c*** or (2) are ignorant as one can be, no other explanation. We live in Albertville. No exaggeration whatsoever, we expect our packages to end up somewhere else more times that receiving it at our home, and usually 2-3 days after the supposed arrival timeincluding priority mail. Item at Bham annex last night was supposed to be here today. Instead it went to Boaz (next town over) then traveled THRU our town over to and ending at ************* 45 min away. Obviously put in the wrong bin by ************* 2 weeks ago I had two packages sent a day apart from each other, one from just across the line in GA and another from TN. Both ended up in Bham at the same time. BOTH were put in the wrong bin and ended up at an unknown location until they finally arrived on the same day, 5 days later than expected. This has happened so many freaking times in the last couple years *** lost count, but I have kept all the proof. Local post office stated that this happens EVERY DAY to many people and theyve been frustrated at Bham as wellthey cuss out their own fellow workers for the constant mistakes at Bham annex. Why is it so hard to place packages in a clearly marked bin completely different from the town marked on the package. STUPIDITY at its finest.

    Terrible. Packages just SIT. You can't reach anyone by phone. Packages come from all over the country faster than they move through the Birmingham Annex, if they move at all.Our taxes at work
