Selling your family home is a bittersweet process. Finding a buyer that offers a fair price and is easy to work with helps you transition this season of life with ease. *********************** with Birmingham Homebuyers was that company representative for me. He was great to work with and was accommodating of my schedule since I do not live in Birmingham.This process went quickly and without a lot of red tape. They kept me informed and up to date on the status of the process from beginning to end and were willing to answer any questions that I had. We just closed on my Dads house and I I have to say this was such a smooth process all because of Birmingham HomeBuyers LLC. They were there every step of the way. Any questions we had they answered immediately, they treated my Dad like it was their Dad, and gave ** a deal we could not resist. I rarely take the time to review different companies, but after my experience with Birmingham HomeBuyers, I thought I needed to come and say a few words of appreciation. Selling the family home is never an easy decision, because of all the memories. But the entire Bham HomeBuyer team made the process very smooth and very comfortable.. and did I mention quick?They took care of everything and we had this entire process wrapped up start to finish within about three days Thank you to *****, *****, and the rest of the team. Mr. Frank P***** was the person who came out to give us a quote on my brother's house and he was so nice. He told us the price he would give, which I thought was very fair considering how much work needed to be done on the house Closing was very easy and quick.
