This business was very difficult to work with. We found one of their homes online through Redfin, and it was very difficult to get a showing. At the showing, the current tenants were still on site. After being shown the home, we made an offer very quickly. The company took 5 days to get back to us, when they finally did, they stated that they would accept our offer, but that they had signed a yearlong lease with the current tenant one day prior, and we wouldn't be able to move in for one year. Very unprofessional, and fraudulent.

***, thank you for your review. It seems that you have an incorrect understanding of what transpired. You scheduled an appointment to view a tenant occupied property. State Law required that we give a full 48hr notice to tenants prior to stepping foot on site. This showing had to be coordinated with the tenant, as they requested to be present for the showing (which they have every right to do). Unfortunately, it did take some time to pair your schedule with the tenant's schedule. That, we cannot control. Regarding your offer, you quickly made an excessively low offer (almost $30k below asking). Quite frankly, the Seller did not take your offer seriously due to this. For that offer, we sent a rejection email to your representative. In Interim, the tenant decided to resign their lease, and the Seller allowed it (which is their absolute right, as this is their property). We never accepted your offer, nor did we allude to such a thing. We simply asked your representative a question to pose to you (if you were willing to modify your terms). The Seller has the right to walk away from any offer that is presented to them, which is how they decided to proceed with your offer. Sorry your offer wasn't accepted. All the best.

I'm currently homeless. I do have a housing voucher. I found a house through divineapproach realty I paid app fee they did background check and everything was fine. Ive been waiting for a month and some for the housing agency to inspect and that's been a month ago. Today January 23 **** They call me stating that my application is null and void ** I had previous evictions. That could be no further than the truth. She stated that I was evicted from my last residence which I wasn't this is not right. I feel they're doing that to still collect money from said unit on application fees and Mrs ***** even stated that she hopes they didn't take too long when I initially turned in paperwork.
