I am rejecting this response because: All American Enterprise, LLC installed 3 different colors of shingles on top of rotten/damaged wood and the color shingles were not black. No Supervisor from All American Enterprise, LLC verified the rotten/damage wood was replaced or the shingles were put on properly.  No one came back to do a final walk through or clean up. I paid someone to clean the yard, but as of today my fascia are full of roofing debris from All American Enterprise Crew.  I contacted the City of ********** and was told in this incident the company was required to get a roofing permits: any roofer in the State of ******* is required if damage/rotten wood replaced, and their cost is greater than $2500 meets the criteria for a permit and inspector.

Per my request an inspector came, verified the shingles were not put on properly. I was told by two different inspectors All American Enterprise would not call them back after several attempts. The inspectors also verified the cleanup job was not done properly, they verified the attic, and plumbing vents were not installed back properly, and I have a roof with 3 different types of shingles. The Inspector from the City of **** directed me to file a complaint with the State of Alabama along with pictures and they would be following up with the State as well.

    Sincerely,

    ***************************

iety of old shingles he had on hand. Next an electrical fire came out of my back bedroom ceiling fan, they call a person named ***** to translate. My electricity front rm, electrical plugs, light/ceiling fan, bedroom light/ceiling fan, security panel, front porch light/plugs out due to this problem for 3 wks. They never finish cleaning up: nails, knee pad, old roofing coming through the facia, plumbing vent gone, knocked out attic vents. June 7 @ 1pm **************** stated he fixed the vents by putting plywood, painting white & drilled holes, the lifted shingles over time the sun will fix. He stated I had an old house, but he wanted me to pay for a new roof. He then stated I was one of those women no matter what he does I won't be satisfied. I asked him to have the inspector come out, because he was supposed to get a permit and if they tell me he treated me right I'll pay. He then stated he would, I never heard from him. The Bham inspectors received no response. I was told to file a complaint with the State.

Our company agreed to install a new roof for *************************** property located at ********************************************. We replaced the rotten and damaged wood on roof deck. The roof was installed properly with new shingles. **************** chose Black Shadow Shingles for her roof but that color was not available but black was available. She was told she would receive a discount on her cost that will be applied when the loan documents are generated and signed. **************** insisted the roof was not installed properly and she wanted an inspector to inspect the roof and asked did we obtain a permit for the job. We did let her know that the City of ********** do not require roofing permits nor roofs to be inspected. **************** roof was properly installed and we are willing to have an inspector inspect the roof. All of the electrical  issues have been fixed by a Licensed Electrician. An installer has been sent to her house and cleaned the jobsite. No payment has been received from **************** for her roof.
