1 starWe signed a contract with ARP in May 2023 for a new metal roof and metal building. We requested and agreed to a June date to begin work on both. Roof was to take 1 week and building 2 weeks. After numerous emails and texts roof was finally put on end of July. Afterward, we had to call nearly daily to request a written guarantee on roof and workmanship. Finally received it 5 weeks later. Again, after numerous excuses and no communication building still had not started. Mind you we put large deposits down on the roof and building. We began to think we had just lost that money. Finally, someone showed to frame building in August, then weeks went by again. Concrete was poured during a thunderstorm , was underestimated, and a complete disaster with concrete company showing at our door requesting payment because ARP had not paid them. The concrete is now peeling/flaking. ARP finally delivered metal for building but not roof giving further excuses. Each time we were given dates and those dates came and went. This week the crew showed for 4 hours and left only getting up one wall of metal with promise to return this same week. Needless to say no one returned. We are going on 4 MONTHS for a building that was stated would take 2 weeks!!! ARP had wonderful reviews and A+ rating with better business bureau. Everything checked out when we hired them. Our experience has been quite different. They may be wonderful with asphalt roofs but not with **************. Be aware also that the metal crews are hired out. They are not direct employees of ARP. At this point we just want this building completed and stop piece milling everything. Show up and get the work done!Review fromLarry L

5 starsWonderful experience with Alabama Roofing Professionals. I had gutters replaced but had to have some wood replaced first. All the workers and painters were nice, cooperative, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for roofing, gutters, etc.. Big-thanks to ***** for his exceptional guidance.Review fromAngie F

5 starsI called Alabama Roofing Professionals to replace my roof. Representative ****** Parlier came out and took measurements and described the work to be done. After calling me with the quote, we set up a work day to do the roof. They showed up on time and got right to work removing the old roof. The old roof was off and the new roof installed in one day including new vents and pipe seals. The roof looks great! They cleaned up the yard and made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving. ****** and all of the team were very professional and concerned with my satisfaction. I am so thankful I chose Alabama Roofing Professionals for my new roof!!!Thanks to all who were involved.
