      Hinkle sent roofers out a number of years ago. I called them and complained about the roof leak because they did not seal the roof correctly. Before my husband died, he told me Hinkle would not do a good job on my roof because they only give quality service to the other people and my people did not fit their category of quality. Hinkle sent me a letter asking about renewing a service plan and once again I told them the roof still leaked. They sent someone out to investigate the roof. This man got on my roof to see the problem which was totally visible. The gentleman got back in his truck and drove off. I never heard from Hinkle again. I am an elderly lady and I went on my roof four times to fix the leak, but I did not do a good job either. I'm still looking for someone to help me resolve this issue.

      Hinkle Roofing has contacted Mrs. ******** and a crew is going out today to do the repair. This roof was completed in November of 2017 and carried a 5 year labor warranty. We offered an extended labor warranty to Mrs. ******** that was not accepted as she said she still had leaks. The last call from Mrs. ******** was in March of 2023. We have responded each time Mrs. ******** has called and never charged her. We strive to give each customer exceptional service.

      Homewood resident who just dodged the recent tornadoes (winter 2023). I had several roofing companies come by my house to offer roofing inspections, some even telling me I had wind damage. I called Hinkle due to the fact they had done some small jobs for me in the past. They sent ****** out, he looked at the roof, hammered in a few protruding nails, caulked some flashing, and then told me the roof was good to go and I owed them nothing. This company is trustworthy and will definitely get my business when the time arrives.

      I had my house re-roofed by Hinkle Roofing last month. The ***************************** was so good to work with, even my neighbors complimented on him. We had several heavy a week after the job was finished and no leaking.
