    02/05/2025-02/06/2025 a roofing job was supposed to be started and completed by said company. Company was supposed to replace shingles with color of my chosing and replace any and all rotten wood that they uncovered. Company used thinnest wood they could get which we believe was some they had from previous jobs they had finished and had left over. The day the job was supposed to be complete I told the person in charge the shingles did not match he informed me they had to dry out. I not knowing took him at his word. They are 2 different colors. They also left their debris which states in the contract that they would take ALL of it and they did not so we were left cleaning up the mess of roofing nails and the trash they left behind. They were paid in full before they left for a job they did not complete. When confronted he then wanted to come back and fix the issue but by then we have lost all trust in him and no longer want him on the property and would prefer an outside source to fix what he did not do and replace what he knew was not the right color shingle. This company is a fraud and uses leftover materials from other jobs. This general manager also made me write the check out to him and not the actual company because he said it would take longer to clear. But made me sign the contract with the company?? There is some shady business taking place here that needs to be checked into so that no one else is screwed out of the kind of money we were screwed out of. And I over heard him only pay his help 20 american dollars because they were Hispanics. So while this may not necessary be the right place to report I will report to whatever place I need to so that this company is brought down and they can not take advantage of hard working people again. I also have pics on my phone that are not on my desktop that I will gladly send as evidence of his handy man crappy work
