    I was sent this invoice on 6/9/2023. At the time of contacting them for coming out because our fire alarm kept going off, they never mentioned anything about $125 service charge to come out. They said it is probably the battery and we can replace it. My wife asked the ** rep was could they be 100% certain the smoke alarm was being triggered by the battery. The rep said that they could not but that that was 'typically' the issue. We don't have an alarm system to handle 'typical' issues - we have an alarm to provide assurances. Chorus shouldn't charge ** extra to make sure the equipment is working properly and assure ** that we are protected.
