      My experience with Tax Genius was absolutely amazing. Not only were they extremely professional but they are also very knowledgeable. I certainly recommend this business because as a small business owner growing my own business they were able to help me work through solutions to help me with tax planning. I never look forward to tax season, but with their approach to providing financial solutions I feel much better about next year.Not to mention the facility is immaculate! They are truly excellent in business practices.

      Words cant express how I feel about this company. The best I ever had. I have used them for two years and I have no complaints. I have gotten more than I ever had with other tax places and ********** is so professional and lets you know everything you are qualified for. She also made sure I got my loan as well in my account the next day. I live in ******* and I was able to send everything so easily even though I dont live in **********. Now she is my permanent tax preparer. I would recommend her to everyone. Her personality as well is so amazing. Definitely a person with integrity and empathy.

      I have been with this tax service from ************* have always had the upmost care and concern for my taxes from this agency. They always made sure I understood my tax status and what was involved. The atmosphere is very calming also. Several of my family members are a part of this tax service also.       The owner ***************** is very unprofessional and I dont recommend her or her business for your tax needs. She has people that she trains to do your taxes then she wants to micromanage them while they are doing your taxes. She is constantly moving with no stability, the worker that we encountered was not friendly and we felt rushed. The lady was looking at her watch the old time. She wasnt trying to get us the best quote and she didnt care. Me and the owner got into it and she asked me to get out and she was told by me and my husband that we didnt want her to do our taxes. You cant put someone out and be rude and then go ahead and do their taxes without their consent. So please be aware of this woman. Dont go to her and please understand she was good the first time she did our taxes. Since she has done our taxes she has moved 4 times. Taxes is not her calling she sahoukd stick to prayer hour but at this point th way she carry herself I dont trust her with that either.

      The taxpayer and her husband scheduled an appointment to get their taxes done. We offered them two options, in person and virtual. They decided to do in person,. Although they were extremely late for the appointment, we waited on them and offered to make their appointment virtual. They refused. Once they arrived they were assigned to one of the tax professionals in our office. The first question they asked why did we move. I explained that I went through a divorce and had to move to a new office location. Keep in mind, since during business with them, we have only been in two locations that was owned by me, The Connect and now, The Link, which are approximately two miles from each other and our new location is more convenient. During the interview process, her husband was mainly answering the questions and when she responded she was short and it was as if she already had an attitude, not sure where that came from. At the end of the process, the tax payer was upset and yelling that her refund wasnt the same as it has been before. I went over to where they were to review the tax return to make sure there wasnt any credits or deductions that was missed by the tax pro assigned to her. I am a Senior Tax professional and Educator in the tax industry. I have published books and an accredited tax school, IRS TAX ACADEMY. After reviewing the tax return, I explained to the taxpayer why they owed and the tax payer went completely off. There were witnesses, and we were and still unsure as to why she has acted the way that she did. I had to ask her to leave. We reserved the right to ask any person to leave our establishment that shows a threat to anyone on our team. Her husband came back in to apologize on his wifes behalf. The taxpayers signed the tax return. The return was completed and the tax return was processed. Im not sure what this review has to do with my prayer life which I wont address. This seems to be more personal than professional. We will be contacting my attiorney to further address this comment.
