    0 stars if possible!!!!! They harass with notes to residents saying to tie all trash and nothing over ********************************************************** what but you put a 10 pound bag outside and they wont take it. I complained to the complex and they said Im not the only one. They said the company has no right to harass us as residents. Since then they stopped with the notes and also stopped taking my trash out. I have videos of these bags tied and showing how light they are yet nothings being done. I called customer service and they gave me a bunch of protocol nonsense nothing was resolved and its been getting worse since then.
