    I have used them for two different installations and they have exceeded my expectations each time. The installation teams were courteous , professional, and hard working. They showed up an hour before the scheduled appointment each time after messaging me to communicate that they were on the way. From sales thru installation I have been very pleased with this company.

    It was a good experience. The windows appear to be quality products; with one draw back. At the top of each window the vinyl filler for the inside sash does not go all the way to the top of the window. The vinyl cover only goes up to the bottom of the upper dash stop plate, but falls short on almost all of the installed windows. The shortage leaves an open viewable gap opening on both sides of the inside bottom sash track and creates a noticeable distraction to the inside beauty of the finished window. Obviously, it is a lack of finished quality control in the window production process at the factory. After sending a photograph of the problem, a technician is scheduled to come and review the problem and correct the problem. Bringing the problem to the attention of manufacturing should eliminate the post installation problem, as well as help to insure and sustain the reputation of the window product with the consuming public.

    So far so good. *** stuck with me for a year. I am glad I waited for the right time to install my windows because I made some last minute changes. *** was very professional, he knew the Window World product and was very kind like a person should be with this type of product sales. I truly enjoyed working with ***. ***********************
