We just celebrated our BamaHuskies 1st birthday on Christmas Day. *** was very responsive to my questions prior to getting on the list for a puppy in 2021. Once we knew who our puppy was we got updates with pictures with his growth. On pickup of our new puppy we were greeted by a yard full of happy and healthy Huskies and a beautiful facility. *** had a folder prepared with Anakins health history and provided us with a bag of food that he was used to eating. ****** was also bathed just prior to our arrival. ****** is the most well behaved and smart husky. Hes had no health issues. We are currently awaiting our next BamaHusky in 2023!

Bama Huskies is hands down the best breeder. I not only own one of their awesome puppies and he just turned 5. I utilize their boarding services when I travel and the piece of mind that my Husky and Lab are being well taken care of is worth a drive to Alabama. *** and *************** are not only owners of an A+ business but all of their dogs are their family. I highly recommend a ********** puppy they are the best!

After getting puppy from bamahuskies he was rushed to the emergency vet. He became more withdrawn and lethargic, we wondered if he had a bowel obstructions, for he had been diagnosed with a umbilical small hernia. The last thing we expected was for the vet to tell us he had parvo, a deadly virus to puppies. Two licensed vets told us it is more than likely he contracted it in the breeders kennels.Breeder admitted on phone his puppies do not see a licensed vet, which is why they do not come with a health certificate upon pick up. We learned he ALSO had *******, another infection that aimed to destroy his GI systemcommon in dirty and unclean areas.lood work was still abnormal. This even has impacted his bone marrow, requiring him to take a daily vitamin in attempts to restore what was lost. ******* e consistently refused to take the time to talk with us and figure this entire situation out. selling puppies as a breeder in ******* makes you skin to being a seller of goods,a merchant. As such, it would be reasonable for someone in your line of work to ensure yourgood/product is ready to be sold on the marketplace. In fact, a person buying from someone of your standing could reasonably believe without indicating specifically that you took the time andeffort to ensure your good/product is up to standard. Including following best practices to verify its quality, in this case, getting health guarantees by a licensed vet, not by an unlicensedvet technician in Alabama.Additionally, given our exchange of money for a product, we had the expectation of buying a healthy puppy from your business, BamaHuskies. As you stated on a recorded line and through what our vets learned, that expectation was undermined. Hewrongfully aggrieved reasonable expectations of parties through your course of dealing Someone of your prestige would take the time to consider and confirm its good condition. An individual such as yourself would try to take measures to guard against them."

We cannot control how the owners care for their puppies once they leave here. Parvo is everywhere and highly contagious. Our puppies are vaccinated with age-appropriate vaccines but thats just the start of their boosters. They receive them every 2 to 3 weeks until they are 16 weeks old and can still contract the disease with just one or 2 shots in them. Our environment is controlled here. We use several different professional and very expensive cleaners. We have a mat that everyone steps on to disinfect their shoes before they are allowed on our property. We encourage families to avoid places like dog parks, pet stores, and highly populated places where animals go. But again, since we cant control where they are taken once they leave here, we cant be held responsible.

They picked the puppy up on 10/26/22. *** statement says that she took puppy to her vet on 10/27/2022 and he check out with a clean bill of health except for umbilicus hernia. Vet papers state that they changed his food, and he got diarrhea. States that they changed it back but still sick.Took puppy to the veterinarian on 11/2/2022 around 5 pm due to Gi issues (vomiting and diarrhea) and the vet papers state that they informed her that it might be a false positive for parvo since he recently had a vaccination. Puppy was home 11/4/2022. Did go back for fluids several times. States that 11/7/2022 contracted Coccidia and was treated.
There were 6 puppies in the litter that her puppy came from. Some still here when *** left. We called all the families, and none were sick. There were other litters that were younger still here and none ever got sick they all went to their forever homes as scheduled.  We took a random puppy up to our vet and he did parvo test on it, and it was negative.  Since parvo is so contagious there is no way one of the other litters or litter mates wouldnt have contracted it if parvo was present in our puppy nursery.

Our vet said that a puppy incubation period could be as little as 3-5 days after exposure. Our vet also states that in litters with parvo that at least 50-60% of the litter would have contracted it. He has never seen just one puppy out of a whole litter have it and that there is a 99%chance that it didnt come from here. He visited our kennels and found no sick puppies or adult dogs. After our 14-day investigation there is no parvo here.
She never gave us time to conduct the investigation to her allegations before we started receiving threatening emails that if we dont refund her money, pay the vet bills, and set up an account with her vet to pay bills for the next 6 months they will ruin our stellar reputation and was called some rough names. She has gone on social media and posted that the parvo came from our kennel, and it just didnt. Its hard to talk with a customer when they are threatening and posting about things that were just not true. We have never had a customer act so unreasonable and rude in all the years we have been in business. I really wish things had turned out differently and I hope in the future you can learn how to better communicate with people you do business with.Bullying, threatening, and trying to extort people to get you way is not the best way to resolve an issue.

They read and signed our Health Agreement. It states what we do and do not cover in the agreement, and they got a copy of it in their paperwork. We stand behind that agreement with every puppy we sell and always will. We do wish them all the best. I know *** is a great dog with great genetics and will grow up to be an awesome dog.
