      We purchased this home a *************************** home in December 2022. We were scheduled to have it put up in February. The Home got delivered in February and today. The home is still not complete. Still no underpinning the home has not had the sheet rock finished inside the floor is not finished inside. Weve had multiple electrical issues, weve had issues with the hot water heaters. We still have not got them to finish the trim work inside after multiple calls and complaints to the company. We have been lied to miss lead and manipulated into believing that they will be finishing their work on this home.

      We have contacted this company multiple times and they have ignore us. Our air conditioner is under warranty . The *** valve supposedly needs to be replaced. ********* said she ordered the part but she didnt even know what the issue was. She told me is would be a week before someone came to fix it and its been over 2 months. Anytime I call, ** told ********* is out of town on vacation& she will be gone for a whileI was also told to poor Clorox down the drain pipe on my AC unit inside. We didnt not because it will void the warranty. The company they used to install our AC when the house was delivered has since retired. Read their reviews on ******* Everyone single one are very similar issues. They lie, claim they will fix your issue that they legally have to fix, our air is under warranty. Whenever I contact the makers of the txv valve the told me only Living Southern could file the warranty. The office manager/ secretary is never there. If a company has that many complaints and bad reviews then obviously something isnt right and they need to be investigated. I will be contacting our lawyer Monday morning. A contract is a contract!!!
