      Won't pay me my final paycheck putting my bills aside and possibly losing my truck because I have no money for the payment now

      This entire organization is shady. It says a lot when they have a location in ****************, ** that is not even listed. They will hire employees, miscalculate PTO where you have to work far more than the **** hours (oh and they changed that without informing their employees from **** to **** sometime in 2023). While miscalculating employees PTO, they will also allow management to openly lie to their employees about sign on bonuses and referral bonuses. As well as guaranteeing pay for holidays just to have a meeting the week before said holiday to find out entire teams at places like ****** will not be getting paid at all. IE Christmas for ****** 2023. Up until today all employees were told that there would be enough work so no one would miss a paycheck, to find out this morning 12/18/23 that only a number of employees will be on call ONE TO TWO DAYS the following week. Which is not what was told to the entire group. Trying to contact anyone for answers leads to unanswered calls and employees refusing to put anything in writing because they know that they are up to illegal activity and do not want a paper trail.
