      I have a similar situation as the other reviewer. A technician left a condensation pipe out of the drain which caused a leak in my ceiling. The owner has yet to return my call. And when talking to someone name *** he told me they would not compensate for damages. And I have been a customer for years

      Approximately two years ago, I hired Cardin Heating and Cooling to install a new central air and heat unit at my house. Their business is at least an hour away from where I live but was willing to install the unit AND guarantee me that they would service the unit as needed. They gave me an estimate over the phone and, within a few days, installed a new unit. To be clear, before I made the purchase, I made sure that they would be willing to service the unit since I was an hour away. They assured me that they would. Fortunately, for two years I did not need to call them, but in the past month, I've had two issues with the unit. I called them, and they told me they were no longer servicing my area. They weren't in my area to begin with. The first problem we had was the water pan under the unit beginning to leak onto my back porch. When I looked at the leak, I discovered that instead of running the overflow pipe outside, they incorrectly ran the pipe over my back porch. When it began to leak, the water covered my back porch table and chairs. They refused to fix this issue. The second problem we had was my condensation pipe stopped up, causing my attack and upstairs to flood because they did not install a pipe for overflow. I called, left messages, and sent photos through ******** Messenger, and no one returned my call or messages. All I asked was that they honor their word to service my unit at least this one time and to fix their mistakes. Fortunately, I was able to find a new AC company, and they resolved this issue free of charge. I am disappointed they did not keep their word. They refused to fix their mistakes and service my unit when I needed them.
