    Would not recommend to even my worst enemy. The upside is they got out here quickly to put in a new ** unit for the apartment Im in, where the prior ** was entirely broken. The downsides are that after it was installed I wake up the next day to the entire thing leaking. ****** is soaking wet, and the area around the unit is flooded. They come out to fix it and state the issue is that its titled backwards a little so its not draining correctly. They proceed to fix the angle by shoving rocks and trash under the unit to tilt it forward to make it level. Okay, several problems here but 1, why did nobody check that it was level? And 2 of course, why was no one prepared, and why was the option of trash and rocks chosen to hold up the unit? But of course, that doesnt fix the leak. So, were left having to leave the ** off once again. Did I mention its been 90 outside all week? They come back the next day and say the issue is a second drain that nobody ran anything to so its just freely leaking. So ******** plugs up the second drain, says he doesnt see any water after 2 minutes of the ** being on again and leaves. I check an hour later and theres still a leak. The closed off drain must not be sealed all the way bc theres water dripping still. It doesnt even seem like theyre certified to do the job when they cant install it correctly, and they cant fix it either.
