We had a company called Thermaguard install windows in our entire house roughly 10 years ago. They have a written lifetime replacement warranty similar to Window world ( I should have used them). However, when you have a problem, the owner never answers/calls back. Several of our windows are fogging up. And just today one of the fogged up picture windows shattered totally on its own. We even have camera footage. Even if it was say an accident it is supposed to be fixed free of charge by Thermaguard. We tried way back in 2019 to contact them, left messaged, sent texts. Nothing. So today I am going to have to pay another company quite a bit of money to replace this broken window. And in the future, the other fogged ones. We met the owner **** at a home show in *************. Big mistake.

We have used ThermaGuard multiple time in the past and have always been satisfied with the service and results. However last fall, we initiated their services for replacement of several windows and a new front door. We paid a deposit of $4950.00 with two checks, one for $2200.00 and one for $2750.00. One check was written in November and one in early December. We were told that it would be after the first of the year before anything could be done as the door and windows would have to be ordered. We were okay with that. Fast forward to May and we have not heard a word from *******(*****), the owner. We have attempted to contact him multiple time with no response. We would like our service or our money back. Fine with either one. If neither of those is possible, we would at least like to know what is going on with this business. Thank you

We contracted with ************************* DBA Thermaguard, Inc., to replace the windows in our home. The total price was $12,300.00, we made a down payment of $6150.00. all of the windows were installed except for three. we were asked to pay half of the remaining balance so we paid an aditional $3,000.00. The three windows were never installed and our calls have gone unanswered.
