    For my that was not a class, that was a person reading a manual and pretending to teach in a bad mood, the instructor seemed to be not interested giving the course, she was not in a good mood, speaking fast and low, in a hurry like someone was waiting for her. She started 15 minutes late, and by 6.45 she was done with day 1!! While she was actually reading the manual, I had to ask her if she was going to show us how to prepare a Martini, she did it but unlinking, when we were done all the class asked about why that early and she said people have full time jobs and part time jobs, kids activities and 3 hours were too much for what was planned and we were able to do anything else we had to. The guide was incorrect, the most of the "class" if you want it to call it that way was to correct amount of alcohol in drinks, to bad to do not have the updated guides printed and ready. At the middle of the class she played some music!, she told us to google recipes in case we "forgot" how to prepare them because nobody can learn all those from the guide! As we had a lot of time she gave us class 3 and 2 just to "kill the time" because the most of us we stayed and at the end she said me we'll have to be there all 4 days of the course, as she already gave us the class we could use all the other days to "reminder" At the end, almost 7.40 she gave us the exam with the responses, I took some pictures, do you want me to attach them? I'm honestly very disappointed and frustrated because I was so excited about this course, I paid a lot of money for this service and is not worthy. The instructor name was Kalithey. Worst part the don't allow you to prepare and test drinks, for manuals with no practice you can use YouTube. I tried to get my refund for weeks and I never got it, I have to say I only attended to the first class.
