    On March 5th 2025, I had reached out to ******* ****** who represents ReDone LLC remodeling and property management about installing a motorized screen for a 3 section patio. On March 18th: they came by, took measurements, agreed to take on the job and was given $3963.96 towards the parts and installation. April 15: the screens/blinds finally came In and they came and installed all 3 sections. They were here from the 15th-18th but could not get 2 of them To work. April 18th: owner falls through the ceiling. After a week in a half, we were told we needed to find someone to repair the ceiling and take it out of the final cost. May 5th: they stopped by and took one of the blinds down to try and work on the motor that didnt work. June2: after many of text asking for updates? Tracking for new motors? Refund? Or any additional information? We have received nothing. We were told for over 3 weeks they were going to refund the money and take the units down. So going on 4 months, we still do not have working blinds since day 1. We have prepaid $3963.96 plus $525 to have ceiling repaired. Nobody comes By to work on it, units do not work, no communication from them unless I ask for updates. We also found out units were ordered from *****. From the tracking, it looks like its from ******.
