    This is a scam company I dont think it exists.wont return calls.Take my advice stay clear of this so call appliance repair business company.

    The company is very hard to contact: mailbox full; do not respond to texts or emails). I had to call my insurance provider several times to have them reach out to Allstar before ****** an appointment. I waited hours before and after the time range they gave me, called, texted, and emailed, but no one came and no one contacted me. After waiting for months, finally the insurance provider got through (I think by threatening to withdraw the funds allocated for the repairs) then the repairman/owner showed up. At first he said the appliance could not be repaired. Next he said he'd order the part. I wated a month, then after several more follow up calls over the following month, the insurance company notified me that the part had afrived weeks ago, but no one notified me about installation. At last, he showed up with a 10 minute notice, installed the part, and sure enough, the appliance is still not working properly.
