The company I feel "could be" a great company to work with, but the rapid pace at which they work and willingness to cut corners to achieve that pace and get paid are evident. The leadman on my house clearly has an attitude issue when being confronted about issues of being incorrect/cutting corners. When my floors were being laid, I just happened to be there, and I walked in to check on them. My first thought was I was on a trampoline and was immediately disappointed in my flooring decision!! I questioned the reason for this phenomenon, and he replied he had to put cardboard under an unlevel area around "a floor receptacle". A small area to repair but there was a large transitioning area (one to two layers of cardboard) to cover only a 10" diameter issue. First understand, I'm not a cardboard expert but I do understand that cardboard rots and/or breaks down over time (it's not permanent) and it can also attract insects. He did not contact my contractor or myself about the issue and was just covering it up the fastest way possible. That was totally unacceptable with me! I politely told them that it had to be corrected. Again, luckily, I was there and was a minimum amount of flooring that had to be removed. The body language from rejection and the grinding dust flying all over my freshly painted walls was so apparent that I even used the grinder myself to make him feel less scolded. I gave them two stars only because the rest of the house looks decent. Get a new leadman without the temper and order flooring without cardboard boxes, I might would consider if I had the time to supervise while work is being done.

It has not even been a year and all the transition strips have come loose. The cardboard he puts under the flooring did not hold up. A professional would put floor leveler. He never came back to put the shoe mold around the floors like he said he would. He was sure quick to take my money though.

Poor quality work. Will not respond when there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Likes to use cardboard in low spots instead of actually fixing the problem.
