We purchased an antique door on February 7th 2025 and paid for ****** ****** to sand the door down to where it could be stained, hang the door in a frame, and install glass. Total cost paid was $1144.48. When we received the door on March 27th 2025, the door was hung the wrong way, it was not sanded down, and the glass that was installed was cracked down the inside of the pane. I spoke with ****** that day and he agreed to refund us for the door. We have attempted to call ******, the store, reach out on social media and text for over a month to resolve the refund. I have text exchanges with ****** where he agreed with the refund and would take care of it yet only $555.90 has been credited back and are still owed $588.58 for the broken glass. ****** keeps saying the additional refund will be taken care of but never follows through with making the reimbursement.
