April/May 2021 Our truck went to ******* to get a 4wheel drive shift module on the 2014 Platnium transmission. When we got the truck back it had 6 engine codes showing on it. It went back to ******* for the engine codes and the turbo boot was knocked loose. It went back to ******* to be fixed. They said it needed timing chains. They supposedly put timing chains in it. We drove it less than 100 miles and the cam gear came off and fell inside the crankcase and ruined the motor. We had to wait about 8 months on a new motor from ****** engines. They put the motor in and pulled the threads out of the crankshaft. Tried to put the harmonic balancer on. Instead of using the tool made for that ******************* tried to pull it on with an impact and pulled the threads out. Stripped the bolts out of the water pump they charged us $240 ish for and put helicoil in it. Busted the valve cover and put silicone on it to stop the leak where it was busted. Beat the harmonic balancer on with a hammer. Put a longer bolt in the crank with a nut for a spacer. The balancer walked around and messed up the timing gear on the crank. We had to take it to another mechanic to be fixed properly. ******* payed ****************************** $1800 to fix what their mechanic screwed up. The mechanic said on ******** that he pretty much done it on purpose. I have the screenshots from it. We have paid the truck payments and full coverage insurance on the truck the whole time. Our extended warranty has expired.

First Complaint: Had 4 wheel drive shift module repaired and replaced. We repaired a front hub assembly on 08/25/2021 paid by L & L Auto sales where the truck was purchased by customer. Mileage 120,458.

Second Complaint: Customer stated when he got the ********************** back it had 6 codes for the timing chain. The truck went **** miles and date of 03/03/2022 from previous repair. When we checked the truck for codes after customer brought it to us we did find turbo and timing codes. Customer had an aftermarket warranty at that time. We gave the warranty company the information about the timing chains being loose and noisy. They told use to replace the timing chains and turbo. We recommend to the warranty company they should replace the engine, which they declined. Truck did come back again after 851 miles with the engine making a noise from the bottom end. Talked to the warranty company and they okayed putting a ************ in the truck. Motor did take 6 to 8 months to get from ****** due to COVID.

Not sure what the customer is wanting a refund for. Yes, we worked on the the truck and the tech messed some things up the last time when installing the motor. We know ****************************** and talked to them about the vehicle. The Customer sent his wife with a bill that they had paid for repairs from ********* and ******* reimbursed them for the repair at *********. Customer never reached out to us about a problem with the motor. The only time we heard about it was when ********* reached out to us use about the repair.

The problem with all of this going on is the tech admitted to messing the truck up on purpose and that is not ok. The tech done the damage to the truck every time it had to go back to *******. I requested that the tech that has messed everything up everytime to not work on my truck. Yet again ******* let the same tech work on my truck. The tech wants to say I told yall to sell it. Regardless if we sell it or not that is besides the point. We wanted the truck fixed. We were out several months of payments and insurance payment on the truck because the tech chose to do the things he done. The fact we had to wait on a motor is besides the point. It should have never came to that. We never put 851 miles on the truck at any point. The truck would go back to them either when we left or 1-2 days later. It is not about the money at this point. We want ******* to take responsibility for this tech admitting to doing things to our truck on purpose because he says we screwed him over so thats why he did this to our truck. This is not the only vehicle that has went to ****************************** from ******* that has been messed up by the same tech. This is not okay and ******* wanted to blame ****** engines to start with because of the repairs that was gonna have to be done the last time. ****************************** called ****** ******* and was told that particular part was not on the engine when they shipped it to *******.

The truck was never driven **** between when the 4wheel drive shift module fixed and the turbo being fixed. When we picked the truck up everytime there was something else wrong with it and it would have to be worked on again. ******* paid ****************************** around $1800 to fix what the tech messed up on the brand new motor from Jasper ******** From March 2022until August 2023 we made truck payments @ ****** a month and Truck insurance @ $130.00 a month. That comes to $10,506.00 we paid and was unable to use the truck due to the Tech messing the truck up on purpose. We have also forwarded everything to the warranty company to handle their part of what they have paid out due to the Tech doing these things on purpose. Everytime the truck went back to ******* they put the same Tech to working on the truck. Also after the Tech left the wiring harness up by the fender well ******* paid a different Tech there to fix that issue. ******* keeps on letting the same Tech(***********************) do these things to peoples vehicles and they cover them up. ****************************** has fixed 1 or 2 more trucks that this same Tech at ******* worked on previously. We understand things happen but when this tech stated he did these things to our truck on purpose and he told us to sell the truck. That is just unacceptable. So I want to get reimbursed for what we have had to pay in insurance and truck payments while the truck continued to go back to ******* because this tech has personal issues with us. I can resend the messages and I have invoices that shows exactly when and what was done to the truck.
