    In April 2024, I went to Buettner Brothers, ******* to purchase a GARDEN window. I spoke to the sales person and explained that I was looking for this particular speciality window. He prepared a sketch and assured me this was a GARDEN window. He told me it would be June before it would come in. In good faith I ordered the window . I obtained a check for $2,763.61 and pre-paid Buettner Brothers for the window. I later learned this salesman left Buettner's for another job. In June, the window came in. I made arrangements to pick it up at Buettner's warehouse. I called the contractor who was working on the room I was having built and who was installing the window. He came out to install it, but when he started removing it from the crate, he discovered that the window was not a GARDEN window, but a BAY window. He said it would not fit the space he had measured from the original drawing. Immediately, I called the manager at Buettner, Mr. ****** and explained that this window was not the window I had wanted. I even went to Buettner's later that day to see Mr. ******* I was extremely upset. I took the order and copy of the check and asked what could be done. He assured me he would work with me to resolve the issue. He wanted me to give him a week to contact his representative and he would get back to me. I waited a week. Went by to see him, no word from his representative. I gave him another week. Went by, called, left messages , he still had not heard from his representative. In July I tried to contact him. No return calls, he was never in his office when I stopped by. The contractor went by to see him and spoke to him about the window. Mr. ****** told the contractor he would get in touch with his representative. The contractor has not received any word back from Buettner Brothers OR Mr. ******* I tried each week of August to get in touch with Mr. ******* I went by..he was not in. I called, but no return calls. It is now Sept. I have nothing about a solution.
